Intimate Wedding Ceremony in Ensenada, Mexico

This was one of the most beautiful ceremonies I’ve ever witnessed. Seaside, perfect weather, perfect time of the day, original, intimate, heartfelt, the list goes on and on.

Marcela and Alejandro had their wedding, but they did not have time to exchange vows that day. They reached out asking me if I could photograph their intimate vow exchange ceremony and I got SOO excited as they shared more details about it with me.

They choose to go to this outlook on the scenic highway that’s on the way to Ensenada, and 35 mins away from Valle de Guadalupe.

After talking about what time we should go, they decided to go during sunrise, as that’s the time when this spot is absolutely empty.

Marcela wore boots, an original and colorful bougainvillea hairpiece, a veil, and a pair of handmade sleeves that were absolutely stunning, giving her dress such a different look than anything I’ve seen.

Alejandro wore a button up dress shirt, dressy pants, and he wore a modern boutonnière that completed his look.

What’s amazing is that Marcela made the hairpiece, sleeves, veil, and boutonnière herself!! You can find her amazing bridal account here

The colors of sunrise were AMAZING giving this intimate vow exchange the most gorgeous colors. Marcela and Alejandro exchanged vows in a very emotive way. Overwhelmed by so much love, tears were rolling down their faces as they said how much they loved each other.
In the background, Etta James was playing and it all felt like a dream.

Now, scroll down to look at how beautiful your wedding, elopement or vow renewal could be if you got married in Baja 😍
